We had a really good visit with my dad. I think if his wife, Sandra, had come with him we might never have gotten him on a plane back home. As it was dad said he was tempted to ask the pilot to take him back to the terminal as they were pulling out of the gate. Hopefully once he is retired he can come for much longer visits :) We went to Copenhagen one day but other than that we didn't do too much touristy stuff. Evidently everything remotely touristy (even the castles!) outside of Copenhagen shut down from Oct-April. Good thing dad wasn't here to play tourist. At least he got lots of good quality family time with us which was the most important part of his visit.
